Big Wins at the Prairie Canada Carving Competition

It was definitely a good year at the Prairie Canada Carving Competition, with my fox carving “Mouser” taking in the Best of Show Award, as well as being chosen as the People’s Choice Award. As well, my pumpkinseed fish carving won 2nd in the division.
The wins have also meant some good publicity - with an interview televised on Shaw Cable, as well as a story in the Selkirk Journal:

I just had to comment on this site. You have such a talented family . It is a pleasure to know you.. I so enjoyed the displays at the Selkirk Art Centre.. Just keep up what you are all doing .. amazing works.. The tattoo Art also blew me away.. Thanks for sharing with us..One of my sons does Photography as a Hobby and I encourage him as well. He prefers the Black and White Photos the most..
